Software Embedded Engineer
In this role, you will be involved in the development and validation of a various range of control algorithms and Embedded SW for a very different type of applications within the Automotive sector.

About this vacancy
- Support system bring‑up, debugging sessions, and software integration activities alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Configure and manage embedded operating-system components, with exposure to AUTOSAR environments.
- Combine hand-written C firmware with auto‑generated code coming from MATLAB/Simulink to build complete embedded software solutions.
- Contribute to the development and long-term maintenance of embedded software for next‑generation automotive applications.
What we expect from you
- MS in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering
- Strong C programming skills and solid foundations in embedded systems.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware–software interactions.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Model‑Based Design workflows.
- Previous firmware development experience is appreciated but not essential.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR is considered a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- For graduate or entry-level candidates: an excellent academic record is required.
- Experience in Vector tools (CanAlyzer, Canoe,…)
- Experience in Automotive environment (EE architecture)
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
