About this vacancy
Your responsibilities will include: - Analysis of software and system requirements on Doors - Development of Object-Oriented applications in C++ and Java - Design and implementation of distributed and multithreaded software components - Integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities - UML modeling and application of Design Patterns - Collaboration with System Engineering and Software Architecture teams
What we expect from you
- Italian C2 and English C1
- At least 1 year of experience in the defense context
- Experience in Object-Oriented software development
- IBM Rational DOORS, Rhapsody, RQM
- Proficient knowledge of C++ and/or Java
- Development experience on Linux
- Knowledge of Git, UML, and Design Patterns
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Javascript)
- Knowledge of XML, communication networks, and virtualized environments (VMware, VirtualBox)
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract and the basic gross annual salary (RAL) provided will not be less than €32,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, based on the evaluation of the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the above level.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual annual skills growth budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the company policies in force.
