Site Quality Engineer

About this vacancy

The resource will contribute to risk prevention and management even in the post Go Live phase and will act as the Quality Point of Contact (POC) for the client and the site team, ensuring the implementation of Installation & Test Planning (I&TP) processes and supporting cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Engineering
• Previous experience in Quality Engineering, Operations Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience in the use of tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Corrective Actions (CA), and Control Plans.
• Experience in quality management within operational contexts and/or installations at the client site.
• Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and 8D processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer orientation.
• Italian: C1 level.
• English: full professional proficiency.
• Willingness to travel
• Due to the highly operational nature of the role, availability for client site visits across Europe for 100% of the working time is required.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Income (RAL) will not be less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary exceeding the indicated amount.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual budget of €4,000 net dedicated to learning and development, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
