About this vacancy
As a Medium Voltage Service Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for customers, ensuring that all management and service activities related to medium voltage installations run smoothly. Our client manages approximately 100 installations spread across the Netherlands and provides emergency services, inspections, and preventive maintenance. You oversee operations and ensure that agreements are upheld. - You are the primary contact for customers and build sustainable relationships. - You manage all contracts within the department and draft new agreements for existing and new clients. - You monitor contract obligations and maintain an overview of pending actions. - You organize inspections, maintenance, and service activities for medium voltage installations from start to finish. - You bring structure to processes and contribute to the further professionalization of the services.
What we expect from you
- A completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of or experience with medium-voltage installations.
- A few years of experience in a similar coordinating or service role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a good command of the Dutch language.
