About this vacancy
You will support the performance and governance of large-scale IT managed service contracts within a highly secure institutional environment, ensuring service quality, compliance with contractual obligations, and continuous improvement while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across infrastructure and cloud service domains.
What we expect from you
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT service management
- At least 5 years managing large IT outsourcing / managed services contracts
- Proven experience in complex infrastructure environments (data centers, cloud, OS)
- Strong expertise in SLA management, monitoring, and reporting
- Solid background in contract lifecycle management (renewals, amendments, integration)
- Minimum 5 years in project/program management
- Mandatory certifications: PM2 and ITIL Foundation
- Valid EU SECRET (SECRET UE) security clearance
