About this vacancy
At TMC, you work on challenging high-voltage projects that help the Netherlands provide smarter, safer, and more sustainable energy solutions. In this role, you are involved from concept to realization and take responsibility for technical choices and the quality of execution. You collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure projects run efficiently and successfully. Your tasks include: - Designing high-voltage installations and infrastructure that meet technical requirements and comply with laws and regulations; - Translating technical requirements and project goals into actionable designs; - Preparing cost estimates and calculations based on specifications; - Supporting project managers during engineering and design processes; - Coordinating and aligning with colleague engineers from other disciplines; - Sharing knowledge and experience to strengthen the team and smoothly complete projects; - Ensuring oversight, quality, and safety in complex high-voltage projects.
What we expect from you
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in high-voltage projects;
- You combine in-depth technical knowledge with the ability to guide and involve colleagues in projects;
- You easily switch between detailed levels and the bigger project picture.
