About this vacancy
At TMC, you work on challenging high-voltage projects that help the Netherlands provide energy in smarter, safer, and more sustainable ways. In this role, you are involved from concept to realization and take responsibility for technical decisions and the quality of execution. You collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure projects run efficiently and successfully. Your tasks include: - Designing high-voltage installations and infrastructure in compliance with technical requirements and laws and regulations; - Translating technical requirements and project goals into feasible designs; - Preparing cost estimates and calculations based on specifications; - Supporting project managers in engineering and design processes; - Coordinating and aligning with fellow engineers from other disciplines; - Sharing knowledge and experience to strengthen the team and ensure smooth project completion; - Monitoring oversight, quality, and safety in complex high-voltage projects.
What we expect from you
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in high-voltage projects;
- You combine in-depth technical knowledge with the ability to guide and involve colleagues in projects;
- You easily switch between detailed levels and the larger project overview.
