Senior Consultant – Workflow Automation / TeamMate specialist

About this vacancy

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in workflow automation and regulatory supervision technology to join a high-impact secondment team embedded within a central bank's FinTech Supervision Department. This role is central to operationalizing a Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) framework for FinTech entities, with a primary mandate to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade workflow automation — with TeamMate - as the mandatory platform.

What we expect from you

Technical Skills

•     TeamMate+: End-to-end configuration, audit/supervision workflow design, alert management, and reporting module setup

•     Workflow automation: Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory logic into automated escalation and case management workflows

•     Systems integration: Experience connecting GRC platforms with external data sources, APIs, and BI tools

•     Power BI: Working knowledge sufficient to coordinate dashboard-to-workflow alert integration

•     Data infrastructure: Familiarity with data pipelines and submission frameworks within regulated financial institutions

•     Documentation: Proficiency in producing technical SOPs, system user manuals, and training materials

•     Prior engagement with a central bank, financial regulatory authority, or prudential supervisor
