About this vacancy
As a Work Planner in Road Construction at TMC Civil Engineering B.V., you work on the preparation of road construction projects within infrastructure and GWW (Groundwork, Road Construction, and Hydraulic Engineering). You ensure that projects are technically and organizationally well-prepared while monitoring progress, costs, and quality. Your tasks include:
- Drafting work plans, schedules, and execution documentation.
- Coordinating with designers, contractors, and project leaders.
- Preparing execution and coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Monitoring progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing work processes.
- Providing support for tendering and purchasing.
What we expect from you
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level.
- MBO or HBO education in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in road construction, GWW (Ground, Water, and Road Engineering), or work preparation.
- A practical, structured, and result-oriented working approach.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
