Role Overview We are looking for a Recruiter based in Tunisia to support international hiring, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical engineering profiles. You will work closely with global teams and manage recruitment processes for the USA market.
What we expect from you
Profile 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house) Experience recruiting engineering profiles (mechanical/electrical) Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, direct search) Fluent in English (mandatory) Good communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment Requirements Availability to work in USA time zones (partial overlap required) Strong autonomy and ability to work remotely with global teams
