About this vacancy
As a R&D Engineer Physics at TMC, you work on complex R&D challenges where physics, modelling and experimentation come together. You investigate physical behaviour, develop models and validate them through hands-on experiments.
What we expect from you
Your responsibilities include: - Developing physical and mathematical models - Designing, executing and analysing experiments - Validating models using measurements and experimental data - Translating complex technical problems into clear hypotheses and solutions - Working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams - Taking ownership from initial investigation to validated result What You Bring: - BSc, MSc or PhD in Applied Physics, Physics - 0-3 years of experience in the industry - Experience with modelling, experiments and data analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - A hands-on and curious mindset - Independent, result-driven and proactive way of working - Strong sense of ownership - Fluent English and preferably Dutch - Willingness to work full-time on-site at the office in Venlo
