Quality Assurance Engineer (HW/SW)
The resource will be responsible for ensuring the quality of HW/SW processes and products, supporting control, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

About this vacancy
- Support activities related to Quality Assurance on Hardware and Software projects.
- Verify the compliance of technical documentation and project deliverables.
- Participate in technical reviews, internal and external audits, and quality control activities.
- Manage non-conformities, change requests, and corrective actions.
- Monitor adherence to applicable processes and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and KPIs for tracking quality performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure product and process compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of business processes.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software development processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 quality standards.
- Experience in managing non-conformities and Configuration Management processes.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Native Italian speaker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- On-site presence required 5 days a week.

What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the basic gross annual salary (RAL) proposed will not be less than €34,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive salary package and, at the end of the selection process—evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications—may propose a final RAL that exceeds the level mentioned above.
In accordance with our business model, the final salary package also includes a component for direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual skill-development budget of €4,000 net per year, and annual welfare credits. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the company policies in place.
