About this vacancy
As Manager Public Space at TMC, you will be deployed at municipalities and governmental organizations in the southern Netherlands. You are responsible for the management of roads, greenery, civil structures, and other assets within the public space. You will act as the point of contact for management and maintenance issues and collaborate closely with internal departments, contractors, and consultants. ### Your tasks: - Managing assets in the public space - Developing and implementing management and maintenance plans - Coordinating maintenance activities - Aligning with contractors and suppliers - Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement - Monitoring budgets and quality - Advising on replacement and renovation projects
What we expect from you
- Dutch language proficiency C1/C2
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in management or public space
- Knowledge of asset management
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Solution-oriented
