Propulsion Product Assurance Manager

About this vacancy

You will support technological development projects and activities in the field of space propulsion, focusing on all aspects of quality and safety.

In particular:

• You will define and apply Product Assurance requirements in line with reference standards and customer requests.
• You will assess the compliance of solutions, projects, and activities, conducting audits to measure process maturity.
• You will work closely with engineers and quality specialists in areas of shared interest.
• You will participate in technical reviews and draft quality documentation.
• You will manage non-conformities, both internal and customer-related, and contribute to configuration management.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree in Aerospace/Space, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the space sector, preferably with 3 years in Product Assurance.
• Familiarity with space sector quality standards (ECSS).
• Result-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and lead others.
• Italian C2 and English B2

What you can expect from us

The position entails a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company policies in effect.
