About this vacancy
As a project manager, you work on exciting development projects in the areas of living, working, staying, and infrastructure. You contribute to realizing spatial solutions and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations. With your fresh perspective and energy, you quickly adapt to changes and keep project execution on track. You actively build a strong network and leverage it to initiate new projects together with the team. You maintain frequent contact with clients, such as governments, housing corporations, developers, and builders, and learn from experienced colleagues how best to guide them. This role offers you plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and make an impact in diverse projects!
What we expect from you
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree, for example in urban planning, civil engineering, architecture, or a similar field.
- You are at the start of your career and may already have gained some experience through internships, part-time jobs, or an entry-level position at a consultancy, developer, contractor, municipality, or housing corporation.
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and have a healthy drive to achieve results.
- You have the ability to persuade people and can easily adapt to different conversation partners.
- You have an affinity for leading teams and working on challenging development projects, and you are ready to grow further in these areas.
