About this vacancy
As a Project Leader in Energy Transition within TMC, you work on complex infrastructure projects that directly impact the sustainability of the Netherlands. In this role, you are fully responsible for your projects from start to finish. You lead a multidisciplinary team where engineering and execution come together. You analyze risks, monitor progress, and ensure that activities are carried out safely, with high quality, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You maintain contact with all involved parties, ensure optimal use of people and resources, and monitor the financial results of your projects. You report periodically on progress to the relevant stakeholders. Among other projects, you work on projects within the medium-voltage grid in the Veluwe region, where there will be a significant need for the expansion and modernization of the energy grid in the coming years. This includes the installation of kilometers-long medium-voltage routes and the construction or replacement of cables, distribution stations, and medium-voltage facilities.
What we expect from you
You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate teams and manage projects in a structured and results-oriented manner. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and effortlessly switch between technology, execution, and stakeholders.
Additionally, you have:
- A completed technical bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge of or experience in electrical engineering, low and/or medium voltage;
- Experience in a similar project leadership role within technical installations or infrastructure;
- An understanding of relevant standards and laws and regulations;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- Financial insight and project-based thinking skills;
- A driver's license (Category B).
