About this vacancy

As a Project Leader Energy Transition at TMC, you work on complex infrastructure projects that directly impact the sustainability of the Netherlands. In this role, you are responsible for your projects from start to finish. You lead a multidisciplinary team where both engineering and execution come together. You analyze risks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is carried out safely, qualitatively, and complies with applicable laws and regulations. You maintain contact with all involved parties, ensure optimal deployment of people and resources, and monitor the financial results of your projects. You periodically report progress to the relevant stakeholders. Among other things, you work on projects within the medium voltage grid in the Veluwe region, where there will be a significant need for expansion and modernization of the energy grid in the coming years. This includes the installation of kilometers-long medium voltage routes and the realization or replacement of cables, distribution stations, and medium voltage spaces.

What we expect from you

You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate teams and manage projects in a structured and results-oriented way. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and effortlessly switch between technology, execution, and stakeholders.

Additionally, you have:

A completed technical higher professional education (hbo);
Knowledge of or experience with electrical engineering, low voltage and/or medium voltage;
Experience in a similar project leadership role within technical installations or infrastructure;
Understanding of relevant standards and laws and regulations;
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
Financial insight and project-based thinking ability;
A category B driver’s license.
