- A solid foundation – You hold a level 4 vocational diploma in electrical engineering. This serves as the cornerstone of your craftsmanship and enables you to confidently tackle technical challenges.
- Experience that matters – With at least 5 years of experience as a project leader, you know how to successfully guide projects from start to finish. You’re accustomed to taking responsibility, making decisions, and motivating teams to achieve the best results together.
- Your way, your strength – You bring not only knowledge and experience but also a fresh perspective and a personal approach. You know how to navigate between different stakeholders and maintain an overview, even in challenging situations.
