About this vacancy
As a Project Leader in Civil Engineering at TMC, you work on complex infrastructure projects with contractors, engineering firms, and government organizations. You are responsible for the integral management of projects, from preparation to completion. You lead project teams, monitor budgets, and maintain close contact with clients and stakeholders. ### Your responsibilities: - Leading civil engineering projects - Managing executors, planners, and consultants - Monitoring planning, finances, and quality - Drafting and managing project plans - Coordinating with clients and stakeholders - Risk management and contract administration - Reporting on progress and results
What we expect from you
- Dutch language proficiency C1/C2
- Higher professional or university degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience as a project leader within GWW (Ground, Road, and Waterworks)
- Knowledge of contract forms (RAW, UAV-GC)
- Strong organizational skills
- Commercial and result-oriented mindset
- Leadership and decisiveness
