As a Project Leader in Structural Engineering at TMC Eindhoven, you are responsible for successfully guiding and realizing structural engineering projects in areas such as utility construction, high-tech, and industrial environments. You act as the connecting link between the client, project team, and execution. At TMC, you work in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are central. You have the freedom to develop yourself and work on diverse projects, ranging from road construction to water management and urban development.

What we expect from you

At TMC, we expect you to show ownership and take responsibility for your projects. - You manage construction projects from start to delivery - You oversee planning, budget, quality, and safety - You lead internal and external project teams - You actively maintain contact with clients and stakeholders - You identify risks and opportunities and adjust accordingly - You professionally represent TMC to clients - Minimum C1 or C2 level Dutch language proficiency

What you can expect from us

We are looking for a project leader who is technically strong and communicatively skilled.

• Permanent employment contract with an attractive salary ranging from €3,000 to €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
