The energy transition is rapidly changing our country. The electricity grid is experiencing increased strain due to the growth of both energy consumption and sustainable generation, leading to new technical challenges. Our client is addressing this with smart digitalization and innovative measurement and control solutions. The electricity grid is under pressure: more solar panels, more charging stations, more demand. A major Dutch grid operator is tackling this with an ambitious digitalization project and is looking for a Project Coordinator to keep everything on track. One of the key projects is MSR Gateway: a platform for large-scale measurements and monitoring at low- and medium-voltage levels. As a Project Coordinator, you ensure that this project runs smoothly on a daily basis by aligning people, materials, and schedules. - Delegating and following up on work packages for internal and external teams - Monitoring progress and adjusting through project management systems - Coordinating technical issues together with specialists - Ensuring material supply, planning, and resources are in order - Managing and overseeing the schedules of technical specialists - Keeping documentation and reporting up to date
What we expect from you
A natural coordinator with a technical affinity. You communicate easily at all levels, love structure as well as dynamics, and think proactively about how things can be improved.
- At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
- Affinity with technology; experience in energy or infrastructure is a plus
- Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills; you effortlessly engage with technicians, project leaders, and contractors
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
- Independent, but also a true team player who navigates smoothly in a dynamic environment
- Proactive in contributing ideas and improving processes and working methods
- An excellent command of the Dutch language
