About this vacancy
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact innovation and acceleration programs focused on deep-tech, dual-use technologies, and defense-related innovation.
You will manage complex European and international programs bringing together technology companies, industry experts, institutional stakeholders, and innovation ecosystem partners. The role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and financial oversight to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international innovation programs from planning through execution and reporting.
- Coordinate internal experts, external partners, subcontractors, and European consortium members.
- Manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and contractual commitments.
- Act as the key operational interface between stakeholders, partners, sponsors, and participating companies.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure program success.
- Oversee workshops, training sessions, bootcamps, networking events, and innovation challenges across Europe.
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence.
- Support the identification of new funding, partnership, and business opportunities.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience managing complex projects or programs in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in program governance, planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
- Experience working with international stakeholders, consortiums, or publicly funded projects.
- Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct hierarchical authority.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
- Interest in deep-tech, innovation, aerospace, security, defense, or dual-use technologies is a strong asset.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with European funding programs and reporting frameworks is a plus.
