About this vacancy
In the role of Production Engineer, you help our customers develop and improve their production. You become part of our teams that drive development projects in areas such as production development, industrialization, optimization, and new production solutions. The projects vary depending on the business and may be within the automotive industry, process industry, food industry, or other manufacturing industries.
Tasks may include project management, industrialization, machine procurement and investments, workplace design, risk analysis, process development, flow optimization, material handling, SAT/FAT, and production efficiency. Our projects range from specialist interventions in specific areas to larger development and investment projects where we collaborate with our customers to develop and improve their operations.
We are looking for individuals with experience in production environments and some form of production process, such as assembly, processing, process manufacturing, or other manufacturing operations. Experience with MTM SAM, flow simulation, improvement work, ergonomics, or production development is considered a merit.
What we expect from you
- An academic degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, or a similar field.
- Experience of working for a few years as a production engineer or in a similar technical role within production.
- Experience with production environments and at least one production process, such as assembly, machining, or process production.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, fluent in both spoken and written communication.
