About this vacancy
- You define and maintain production processes and activities for various assemblies, using lean methodologies such as TQM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- You develop, document, and maintain standard production procedures, including process flow diagrams and process control plans. This is done throughout the program duration, including all necessary changes and improvements.
- Together with supervisors and assembly employees, you determine the most efficient assembly methods and build sequence.
- You collaborate with the Configuration Management team on accurate production bills of materials that reflect the build status of each individual product.
- You work together with the Quality team to incorporate relevant quality checks and procedures into the assembly process.
- You provide technical support to project managers and project teams.
- You maintain and develop collaboration with the international production teams within the organization to share and acquire knowledge.
What we expect from you
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) in Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer or work planner.
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP production modules and PLM software, preferably SAP and Agile.
- You are flexible, innovative, and analytically strong.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is a plus.
