Product Assurance Manager (Equipments)

About this vacancy
You will be the point of contact for quality towards project management, technical teams, and clients. Specifically:
- You will define the Product Assurance plan for each project, translating industry standards and contractual requirements into concrete specifications.
- You will ensure that projects, processes, and activities comply with quality requirements at all stages, including through internal and supplier audits.
- You will contribute to the identification and management of project risks.
- You will coordinate specialists from various PA and engineering disciplines involved.
- You will participate in project, test, and delivery reviews, verifying technical documentation.
- You will manage quality documentation up to the final release of the apparatus and the conformity certification.
What we expect from you
- Master's Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Space, Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the space sector, ideally including 3 years in Product Assurance.
- Knowledge of ECSS quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to coordinate people.
- C2 level in Italian and B2 level in English.
What you can expect from us
The position entails a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company policies in effect.
