Process & Supplier Quality Engineer

About this vacancy
The resource will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and the management of supplier quality, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. - Manage and monitor process quality during production activities. - Manage the system of internal non-conformities, supplier non-conformities, and customer non-conformities, defining and monitoring corrective actions. - Conduct root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Draft and manage reports according to the 8D methodology. - Plan and conduct process audits and supplier audits. - Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance. - Analyze quality KPIs and prepare reporting to support business decisions.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Industrial, or related fields).
- 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Process Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering in manufacturing companies.
- Knowledge of key Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram).
- Familiarity with the 8D methodology.
- Good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Italian C1.
- Availability for business trips (approximately once a month, lasting 1-3 days, within Italy and Europe).
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC strives to offer a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary higher than the indicated amount.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual budget of €4,000 net dedicated to learning and development, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
