About this vacancy
Do you want to define and develop the architecture of entirely new high-tech systems rather than maintain existing products? This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development of next-generation equipment used in advanced technology markets. The Challenge As a Principal Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and owning the electrical architecture of complex high-tech systems. Working at the forefront of innovation, you will translate challenging system requirements into scalable, reliable, and future-proof solutions. You will combine strategic system-level thinking with hands-on engineering expertise and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across electronics, software, mechanics, mechatronics, and systems engineering. In addition, you will take technical leadership in key design decisions and contribute to the growth of the engineering team. Your Responsibilities • Define and own the electrical architecture of advanced systems. • Translate system requirements into clear specifications for electrical subsystems. • Make architecture-level trade-offs involving performance, EMC, reliability, thermal management, manufacturability, and cost. • Lead and participate in technical and design reviews. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external development partners. • Support prototype development, system integration, and validation activities. • Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor and guide junior and medior engineers. • Contribute to the technology roadmap and future product developments.
