About this vacancy
As a Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment Engineer, you provide technical expertise in the field of packaging technology within a leading pharmaceutical company. You work on the implementation and optimization of packaging processes, equipment, and new technologies. Your tasks include: Qualifying and optimizing equipment, processes, and packaging technologies; Drafting URS, risk analyses, and engineering and qualification documentation; Conducting and coordinating investigations and root cause analyses; Contributing to CAPEX projects, changes, and improvement initiatives; Working in accordance with GMP, SHE, QMS, and change control guidelines. You collaborate closely with various disciplines and contribute to a safe, high-quality, and efficient production environment.
What we expect from you
A completed HBO degree (e.g., in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical field); several years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable multidisciplinary environment; experience in drafting protocols and conducting and reporting equipment qualifications; knowledge of secondary and tertiary packaging techniques and packaging materials; knowledge of GMP requirements, EHS guidelines, and Lean principles; you can easily maintain an overview, communicate clearly, and know how to inspire others; a good oral and written command of both Dutch and English.
