We are looking for a Permitting Specialist who will support the authorization activities for energy production facilities, collaborating with internal technical teams as well as external consultants and firms.

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for:

  • Managing the authorization process for photovoltaic and cogeneration projects, from the preliminary phase to obtaining the necessary permits.
  • Reviewing technical documentation and projects to ensure compliance with regulatory and authorization requirements.
  • Preparing, collecting, and managing the necessary documentation for submitting applications to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinating and monitoring activities entrusted to technical studios and external consultants involved in permitting.
  • Interfacing with public entities, administrations, and stakeholders during the authorization process.

What we expect from you

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, Energy, or equivalent).
  • 2-3 years of experience in energy projects, preferably in permitting-related areas.
  • Ability to read and review project documentation.
  • Strong skills in coordinating with external consultants and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in interfacing with the construction and implementation phase of facilities.
  • C1 proficiency in Italian.
  • Availability to work on-site (Rome office).

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the above-mentioned level.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component for direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual annual growth budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company's policies.
