About this vacancy
Do you want to contribute to the energy transition and the infrastructure of tomorrow? As a Permit Advisor, you are the link that makes projects possible by successfully managing complex permit processes.
What will you do?- You advise and support the project team in permit procedures, with a focus on risk management and compliance with regulations.
- You coordinate permit applications, including preparing and submitting the required documents.
- You assess permit applications for feasibility, regulations, and legal requirements, and involve internal and external experts when necessary.
- You verify whether the required documents and studies align with the legal requirements for an acceptable permit application.
- You maintain contact with involved parties, such as competent national authorities, water boards, and environmental agencies, and act proactively.
- You keep the permit register up to date and actively manage timely issuance in relation to project planning.
What we expect from you
- A completed higher professional education (HBO), for example in Architecture, (environmental) law, spatial planning, public administration, or a comparable field of study.
- Experience with permit management in large-scale projects and knowledge of laws and regulations regarding underground infrastructure.
- Knowledge and experience with digital systems, such as Wabo, Water Act, GIS, and OLO.
- Creativity in connecting and solution-oriented thinking, as well as aligning diverse interests.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
