About this vacancy
As a PCB Design Engineer at TMC Electronics, you will be part of an international team of experts working on cutting-edge technologies. You will contribute to the full V-model.
Depending on the project, you will work on analog, digital, mixed-signal PCBs for applications ranging from automotive systems to state-of-the-art machinery.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Designing schematics (and PCB layouts) using various tools (e.g., Altium, Orcad, Cadence)
- Working closely with stakeholders from different disciplines
- Ensuring signal integrity, EMC compliance, and manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
- Supporting prototyping, testing, and validation phases
- Contributing to design reviews and technical documentation
- Taking ownership of your designs from concept to production
What we expect from you
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong engineer who enjoys working in a dynamic, project-based environment.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of working experience with PCB design (schematic)
- Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar)
- Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity or EMC is a strong plus
- Experience with multilayer boards, RF or power electronics is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
- Willingness to work on-site with clients in the Netherlands
