PA/QA Manager

About this vacancy

• You will ensure that projects meet the agreed quality and Product Assurance requirements.
• You will translate industry standards and customer specifications into tailored technical and organizational PA requirements for each program.
• You will analyze proposed solutions and activities, verifying their compliance, including through audits.
• You will conduct internal audits to assess and improve process maturity.
• You will collaborate with engineering teams and other quality specialists.
• You will participate in major program reviews and produce quality documentation.

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in Aerospace/Space Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the space sector, ideally 3 in Product Assurance.
• Knowledge of ECSS quality standards and ability to analyze system requirements.
• Excellent technical writing, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Italian C2 and English B2

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual skill development budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
