About this vacancy
As a Visual Inspection Operator, you are responsible for checking filled products for quality, both manually and using automated inspection systems. You work with high-quality products in a strictly regulated production environment and contribute to a reliable and efficient production process.
In addition to inspection tasks, you ensure correct administrative processing of production data, take samples in a timely manner, and support logistical operations within the process. You promptly identify any deviations and report them to your supervisor.
This role is performed in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a modern production environment where high-quality biological products are produced and packaged according to strict quality and safety guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you contribute daily to a reliable production process and the delivery of products that are used worldwide in the animal health sector.
What we expect from you
Responsibilities
- Performing visual quality inspections of products.
- Conducting vacuum tests according to established procedures.
- Operating, starting, and monitoring automated inspection equipment.
- Collecting and preparing product samples for shipment.
- Preparing produced batches for transport.
- Accurately completing production and batch documentation.
- Identifying and reporting deviations, malfunctions, and safety risks.
- Working in compliance with current quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Independently carrying out all tasks within the work area after thorough initial training.
Experience
- Minimum completed education at MBO level 3.
- Preferably education in VAPRO, Process Technology, Bioprocess Technology, or equivalent.
- Technical affinity or experience in a production environment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food, or process industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMP or working under strict quality systems is a bonus.
- Good communication skills in Dutch, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
- A precise, quality-focused, and responsible work attitude.
