About this vacancy
In this role, you will prepare and formulate vaccines and pharmaceutical products that are used worldwide for animal health. You will work in a modern GMP production environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key. There are plenty of internal training and career opportunities in this role!
Your impact
As a Formulation Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality vaccines and pharmaceutical products. You will work with advanced installations, raw materials and brewing kettles up to 5000 litres and ensure that every batch is produced according to the highest quality standards. You will work in a small close-knit team of about 20 people.
No day is the same. You combine technology, process control and quality in an environment where accuracy is crucial.
What will you do?
- Preparation and formulation of vaccines and pharmaceutical products.
- Working with fixed and mobile brewing kettles up to 5000 liters.
- Preparation, control and release of raw materials, filters and materials.
- Execution of CIP and SIP processes on plants and equipment.
- Registration of process steps and checks according to GMP and GDP guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving deviations and process disruptions.
- Collaborating with colleagues from production, quality, planning and technical operations.
- Contributing to improvement projects and optimizations within the department.
What we expect from you
You love technology, processes and quality. You work accurately, take responsibility and enjoy achieving results together.
In addition, you have:
- A completed MBO-3, MBO-4 or HBO education (e.g. MLO, MTS, VAPRO or similar).
- Interest in engineering, process technology or pharmaceutical production.
- A proactive and inquisitive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- An eye for quality, safety and detail.
- Availability of at least four days a week.
- Experience within GMP, pharmaceuticals, food or process industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
