As a Mechanical Process Engineer, you operate precisely at that intersection. You understand how products are designed but are equally interested in how they can be produced, assembled, and continuously improved. Within TMC, you work on challenging projects. Environments where innovation, technology, and continuous improvement are central. You collaborate with mechanical engineers, mechatronics engineers, production experts, quality departments, and operations teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Whether it's improving assembly processes, introducing new products, enhancing quality, or streamlining production environments, you ensure that technology and process align perfectly.

What will you do?

Depending on the project, your tasks include:

• Analyzing and optimizing production and assembly processes.
• Translating designs into efficient and manufacturable production solutions.
• Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks within production environments.
• Guiding process improvements and implementations.
• Introducing new products and production technologies.
• Reducing waste, disruptions, and quality deviations.
• Collaborating with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Conducting technical analyses and drafting improvement proposals.
• Enhancing reliability, efficiency, and process stability.

What we expect from you

You are curious about how things work and, above all, how they can be improved. You enjoy diving into technical challenges, think analytically, and like working together with various disciplines to find solutions.

Additionally, you possess:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in a technical production, development, or high-tech environment.
• An affinity for production processes, manufacturability, and technical improvement projects.
• A structured and analytical way of working.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ambition to further develop yourself both technically and personally.
