Mechanical Designer (CREO) - Defense Sector

You will take part in the entire product development cycle, contributing to all phases of the project, from requirement definition and initial sketches to validation and production.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis with CAD CREO (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of PTC Creo

• Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...)

• Wiring design

• Experience with metallic and plastic materials

• Italian C2 and fluent English

• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills

• Skills in analysis and problem solving

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the experience, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the aforementioned amount.

In adherence to our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
