You will take part in the entire product development cycle, contributing to all phases of the project, from requirement definition and initial sketches to validation and production.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in product development, design, and analysis with CAD CREO (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of PTC Creo

• Experience with metallic and plastic materials

• C2 Italian and fluent English

• Teamwork ability and excellent communication skills

• Competence in analysis and problem-solving

• Nice to have: knowledge of CAE tools (Ansys, Nastran, Patran...)

On-site presence required 5 days a week.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract and the minimum gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €30,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, considering the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in accordance with company policies in effect.
