About this vacancy
You will be involved in the design, development, and validation of innovative products and systems across a variety of engineering applications.
What we expect from you
- M. Sc or PhD in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product development, design and analysis
- Good knowledge of cad tool CATIA
- Autonomy in your daily working activities
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €31.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
