What you will do
- Achieve optimal inventory management
- Place call-off orders in consultation with the responsible Buyer
- Proactively follow up on orders via phone and email
- Ensure order confirmations, delivery dates, and other information are correctly entered into SAP
- Maintain master data in SAP
- Ensure a smooth material flow
- Manage inventory at external locations
- Conduct operational relationship management with suppliers
- Resolve incorrect deliveries or rejections
- Identify deviations in purchasing agreements
- Carry out actions in response to revision changes
- Contribute to the improvement of internal and external procurement and Material Management processes
- Report on the progress of material provisions
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Material Management
- Knowledge of automated software and process control systems (MS Office, SAP, LMS)
- Good command of English and German, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of (inter)national quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Knowledge of corporate, safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations (ISO)
