About this vacancy
As a Maintenance Technician at TMC, you are responsible for analyzing, locating, and resolving malfunctions within the machinery park. Depending on your interests and experience, these malfunctions can be in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, or control systems.
In addition to performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, you are responsible for resolving all occurring malfunctions. Furthermore, you provide training and guide both new and existing employees.
You advise and support the technical department regarding modifications, overhauls, preventive measures, and the commissioning of new and used installations. Additionally, you assemble and disassemble parts of the aforementioned machines, which you adapt, custom fit, or have manufactured as needed.
What we expect from you
- Technical secondary vocational education (MBO) in the field of Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Automotive Technology or similar;
- You are analytical and able to work independently;
- You have a passion for tinkering and enjoy solving malfunctions;
- Residing in the Eindhoven area;
- The willingness and ability to work in shifts is a plus.

What you can expect from us
- Immediate permanent contract;
- Salary indication between €3,250 and €4,500 gross per month (excluding allowances);
- Personal training budget of €2,200 per year;
- Individual profit sharing (paid out monthly);
- One-on-one coaching.
