About this vacancy
As a Lead Supervisor Infrastructure, you are responsible for the daily execution of civil and infrastructure projects. You manage the on-site implementation team, oversee planning, quality, and safety, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed specifications. You are the primary point of contact on the work floor for both employees, subcontractors, and clients. Additionally, you work closely with project managers, planners, and other advisors to successfully realize the project from start to finish. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy combining hands-on leadership with a substantive focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, or waterworks. At TMC, you work with various clients while TMC remains your permanent employer, offering the stability of a permanent contract and personalized support. You’ll have the opportunity to coordinate projects at a high level and further develop your skills in planning, management, and process control.
What we expect from you
- Completed MBO/HBO education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing teams on the work floor during infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of RAW, UAV-GC, and Health & Safety regulations
- Planning and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude, solution-focused, and stress-resistant
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented
- Minimum C1 or C2 level in the Dutch language
