Do you have extensive experience in executing civil projects and are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor for exciting projects in Gelderland. Think infrastructure, underground construction, and hydraulic engineering, including pumping stations, (movable) bridges, and locks. Will you help build the future of mobility and urban construction?
Your roleAs a Senior Construction Supervisor, you ensure the smooth execution of projects and act as the link with other disciplines. You monitor planning, quality, and safety, and regularly coordinate with clients and stakeholders. This leads to efficient project execution and well-informed surroundings.
Safety comes first: we work safely, or we don’t work at all. You actively contribute to a safe working environment and encourage your colleagues to do the same. Together, we ensure projects are completed according to plan and budget, achieving optimal financial results.
What we expect from you
✅ At least 8 years of experience in the execution of civil projects, preferably in concrete construction.
✅ A completed technical education at vocational, bachelor, or master level (for example, Civil Engineering or Infrastructure).
✅ A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you identify opportunities and take responsibility.
✅ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
✅ A passion for engineering and infrastructure, with attention to innovation and sustainability.
