About this vacancy

Reporting to the HR & Office management team lead, you are responsible for human resources, invoicing, administration, events, facility & office management related tasks.

Human Resources

You are the first point of contact for our employees in the field of HR. You are responsible for correctly administering and monitoring all activities surrounding the inflow, progression and outflow of employees. This includes, for example, drawing up employment contracts and registering holidays.

Financial

In the financial field, you ensure timely and correct implementation of invoicing, accounts receivable management and payroll processing. In addition, processing incoming invoices and processing and checking declarations is also your responsibility.

Facility and office management related task

Responsible for ensuring the office environment runs smoothly by overseeing facility operations, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting day-to-day office needs.

What we expect from you

You have at least a bachelors degree, relevant experience in HR or administration is a plus (0-2 years experience)
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
You are comfortable to work with MS Office Pack;
You are polyvalent, rigorous, can work autonomously and have a very good human contact;
Proactive, you have a sense of priorities and have a great sense of initiative;
You share our values and want to play your part in a fast-growing company.
