Junior Business Manager

About this vacancy

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Business Development

• Create and develop your own business unit
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio

Recruitment

• Identify and recruit the engineers who will become part of your team
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC

People Management

• Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)

Financial Management

• Manage the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in engineering disciplines
• Interest in business, consulting, and people management
• You speak Italian and English fluently
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and have the ability to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge
• You are an organized and proactive person in both commercial and operational management

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €28,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the candidate’s experiences, skills, and qualifications, can propose a final RAL exceeding the level mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, respecting the company's policies in force.
