At TMC, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT-Operations Professional to strengthen our ambitious team. From our headquarters at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, we manage the IT environment for our international company with approximately 3,500 employees in 18 countries. Want to be part of this? Understandable. Read on quickly! As an IT-Operations Professional, you provide global support to employees for our key applications, build relationships, and navigate implementing optimizations. Additionally, you ensure the smooth functioning of workplaces, networks, and peripheral equipment. Below is a small selection of your tasks. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING // You prepare hardware for use and guide new employees during their onboarding; // You provide support for our key applications: Microsoft 365, AFAS, Connexys (Salesforce), YOUrney (our personal development platform); // You will get the chance to analyze and improve IT processes; // You work on projects to improve software and internal processes; // You ensure the proper functioning of workplaces at various locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What we expect from you
// HBO working and thinking level (minimum MBO level 4); // Knowledge of and experience with, among others, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 (admin), Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory; // Experience with ERP & ITIL is a plus; // Strong communication skills in Dutch & English, both spoken and written; Precise, responsible, flexible, and customer-oriented.
