At TMC, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT-Operations Professional to strengthen our ambitious team. From the headquarters at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, we manage the IT environment for our international company with around 3,500 employees in 18 countries. Want to be part of this? As an IT-Operations Professional, you will provide global support to employees for our key applications, build relationships, and find your way in implementing optimizations. Additionally, you ensure the proper functioning of workstations, networks, and peripheral equipment. Below is a glimpse of your to-do list.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

// You prepare hardware for use and assist new employees during their onboarding;

// You provide support for our key applications: Microsoft 365, AFAS, Connexys (Salesforce), YOUrney (our personal development platform);

// You have the opportunity to analyze and improve IT processes;

// You work on projects to enhance software and internal processes;

// You take care of workstations at various locations in the Netherlands and Belgium;

What we expect from you

// Higher vocational working and thinking level (minimum MBO level 4);

// Knowledge of and experience with, among others, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 (admin), Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory;

// Experience with ERP & ITIL is a plus;

// Strong communication skills in Dutch & English, both spoken and written; Accurate, responsible, flexible, and customer-focused.
