Denk aan infrastructuur, ondergronds bouwen en waterbouw, waaronder gemalen, (beweegbare) bruggen en sluizen. Bouw jij mee aan de toekomst van mobiliteit en binnenstedelijk bouwen?
Jouw rolAls Hoofduitvoerder zorg jij ervoor dat de uitvoering van projecten soepel verloopt en maak je de verbinding met andere disciplines. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stemt regelmatig af met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders. Hierdoor verlopen projecten efficiënt en wordt de omgeving goed geïnformeerd.
Veiligheid staat voorop: we werken veilig, of we werken niet. Jij draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en stimuleert jouw collega’s om dit ook te doen. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat projecten volgens plan en budget worden gerealiseerd, met een optimaal financieel resultaat.
What we expect from you
✅ Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in de uitvoering van civiele projecten, bij voorkeur binnen de betonbouw.
✅ Een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo-, hbo- of wo-niveau (bijvoorbeeld Civiele Techniek of Infra).
✅ Een proactieve en ondernemende instelling: je ziet kansen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
✅ Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met opdrachtgevers en collega’s.
✅ Een passie voor techniek en infrastructuur, met oog voor innovatie en duurzaamheid.
What you can expect from us
