Hardware Engineer
You will contribute to the design and development of electronic hardware systems for components, including control boards, sensor interfaces, and power management circuits.

About this vacancy
You will be responsible for schematic design,
- PCB layout,
- EMC compliance and integration of specific sensors and actuators,
- You will also support prototyping and validation activities.
What we expect from you
We are looking for different profiles to expand our team, such as:
- MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering or related field;
- Strong background in digital and analog electronics;
- Good knowledge of circuit simulation tools;
- Good understanding of electronics measurement equipment;
- Knowledge of Altium or similar tools;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Strong motivation with the Employeneurship model.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
