About this vacancy

As a Hardware Engineer at TMC, you work on challenging technical issues for various leading clients. You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing hardware solutions that perfectly align with the functional requirements of complex systems. You enjoy puzzling over details until everything fits, from the schematic to the control cabinet, from concept to commissioning.

What will you do?
  • Designing and developing electrical schematics and hardware configurations.
  • Selecting components and preparing bills of materials.
  • Collaborating with software, mechanical, and control engineers in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Supporting the construction, testing, and commissioning of systems.
  • Ensuring documentation and safeguarding quality and safety.
  • Contributing to process improvement and standardization within projects.

What we expect from you

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
  • Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and similar tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, control cabinets, and electrical standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch.
  • A proactive attitude and team spirit.
