Are you an experienced functional administrator with a passion for consultancy? Then this is your opportunity to become a Functional IT Consultant within TMC's unique employeneurship model. In this role, you will work on challenging projects with leading clients in the government, energy sector, fintech, or high-tech industry. You will be responsible for the functional management of applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, financial systems, or specific government applications. You will analyze business processes, translate them into optimal application configurations, and act as the link between business and IT. You will work in a dynamic environment where you continuously contribute ideas to improve the application landscape of our clients.
What we expect from you
- At least 4 years of experience in functional management or application management. - Proven experience in one or more sectors: government, energy, fintech, or high-tech. - Experience with managing applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, Finance, or Government applications. - A consultancy mindset: you are proactive, client-oriented, and contribute to strategic improvements. - Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business. - A healthy dose of curiosity and the drive to continuously develop yourself.
