We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong skills in React and C# to support the development of scalable, high-performing, and user-oriented software solutions in engineering and digital transformation contexts. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will join a technical team focused on code quality, collaboration, and delivering end-to-end solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, contributing to both the front-end and back-end, and closely collaborating with technical and functional stakeholders. - Collaborate on the definition of application architecture with emphasis on scalability, performance, and security. - Develop robust back-end components and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks. - Create modern, responsive, and maintainable web interfaces with React. - Integrate external services, databases, and enterprise systems, ensuring the solution’s continuity and reliability. - Participate in activities like code review, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement. The environment is dynamic and requires autonomy, results-oriented thinking, and the ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience of 2-3 years in developing complex applications.
• Hands-on experience in front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and REST API development.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and ability to write efficient queries.
• Familiarity with Git, versioning practices, testing, and development in Agile environments.
• Problem-solving attitude, technical ownership, and attention to code quality.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English.
• Strong motivation for TMC's Employeneurship model.

Considered a plus:

• Experience with Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, WPF, or cloud-native architectures.
• Availability for travel and relocation.

What you can expect from us

The position includes a **permanent employment contract** and a **Gross Annual Salary (RAL)** starting at **€32,000**, in accordance with the **National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services**. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a **final RAL higher** than the amount mentioned above.
