At TMC Electronics, we’re looking for an FPGA Design Engineer who thrives in a dynamic high‑tech environment where innovation and variety go hand in hand. No two projects are the same: through our network of leading companies in the semiconductor, medical, automotive, and consumer electronics industries, you’ll contribute to challenging R&D projects at the forefront of technology.
In this role, you translate complex system requirements into robust and scalable FPGA architectures, implementing them in VHDL with a strong focus on quality and performance. You feel at home working with modern FPGA toolchains from Xilinx or Intel (Altera) and enjoy turning abstract concepts into reliable hardware solutions. At TMC, you’re given the freedom and responsibility to push technical boundaries and truly shape next‑generation products.
What we expect from you
- BSc or MSc in Electronics/Electrical Engineer or equivalent
- Several years of experience in FPGA design
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with VHDL
Nice to have:
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Tcl
- Hands-on experience working in multidisciplinary high‑tech environments
- Understanding of verification methods and tools (SystemVerilog/UVM is a plus)
